Tim Parker did an excellent job in not only finding a house that met my criteria but was with us every step of the way through the whole home buying process. He is knowledgeable, extremely personable and returned phone calls and texts promptly. My wife and I made a lifelong friend beyond the realty business. This is the second review. That in itself is a testimony to the fantastic realtor Tim is. He not only found a house in June but just sold our original house. Again, he was with us each step of the way and continued to communicate and answer questions when necessary and even if it wasn't would contact us just to see if there was anything not covered. He definitely crosses all is T's and dots the I's.

Tim was a huge asset for us to help sell our home. We lived out of state and Tim went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of at our house. Tim sold our house in 6 weeks. One of the nicest things about having Tim as our realtor is that he didn't just list our house and go away. He was a very visible part of the entire process. He proved what he said about being with us to the end. We felt so at ease with asking him any questions. He kept in touch with us daily. His confidence transmitted to us and we never had any doubt that our house would sell. He went over and beyond what we expected of a realtor and so much more than any we had dealt with before. Tim helped our family find a rental property. This just so happened to be a 1031 exchange for a property here after selling a property in SC. Tim did a great job helping find our home as well as following up with the title company and listing agent to get us the information we needed to turn around and immediately rent the property. We would use Tim again or recommend him to friends or family.
